The Federal Government of Nigeria will fixed the new date for recruitment into the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS.

Mal. Al-Hassan Yakmut, the Minister of Interior disclosed that the Computer Based Test (CBT) for candidates who applied for the Nigeria Immigration Service will run when due.

It is worthy to note that only those that were successful during the recruitment exercise will be shortlisted and can continue to the next stage of training cum exams.

  2. Scroll down for details of the shortlist
  3. Click on Download to download the full List as applicable
  4. Once Fully downloaded, Press ‘Ctrl+F’ on your System to Search your name
  5. Type in your name and press Enter to search.

NIS Screening Dates and Immigration Centers

NIS screening dates and centers have been displayed here for all shortlisted candidates.

All Screening Exercise and Exam dates for Nigeria Immigration shortlisted candidates will be have been posted on NIS official portal on https://immigration.gov.ng/

The date for the NIS screening exercise for this month will be disclosed by the Nigeria Immigration Service once scheduled.

It is also worthy to know that the current situation across the globe (Covid-19) has/will also affect NIS shortlistment and screening exercise.

The Shortlisted names for the Screening exercise have been will be Zoned according to the 8 states of which each candidate applied as indicated by the Nigeria Immigration Recruitment.

Items Needed for Nigerian Immigration Shortlisted Screening Exercise

Congratulations to you if you got shortlisted but it’s important you know that going for Screening without some particular items might hinder and put all your daily effort of joining the force at risk

Below are some of the items you are required to come along with during the Nigeria Immigration Screening Exercise.

It is expedient for all candidates to report with the listed items:

  • Credentials: Originals & Photocopies
  • Vest: 2 White Vests
  • Shorts: 2 Blue PT Shorts
  • Canvas: A pair of Canvas Shoes
  • Other Items: Passport Photographs (4pcs), Hand Sanitizer, Face Mast & writing materials

NB: All candidates are to maintain and observe all COVID-19 distancing protocol once on the ground.

Nigeria Immigration Salary Structure

The salary structure of all those that applied for the year is pegged at N80,000 monthly for an Immigration recruit.

The above figure could total to N960,000 annually excluding other remuneration depending on rank and academic qualification cum federal grading structure.

NIS CBT Test Venues, CBAT Result Checker

NIS CBT Test for the year has been scheduled for December 7th and 8th – Check your venue and Exam timetable.

The scheduled Computer Based Test (CBT) for candidates who applied for the Nigeria Immigration will run between December 7th – 8th.
