Below, we have outlined all the accredited Jamb Syllabus for the 2021 Jamb Examination to enable easier and earlier access to all prospective candidates.
By now, you must have been familiar with creating a JAMB account using efacility and understand the concept of JAMB CAPS as it concerns all students.

JAMB Syllabus for Agriculture 2021
The JAMB Agricultural Syllabus has been divided into 5 different category for easy reading.
This includes:
- General Agriculture – This section covers the Definition of Agriculture, Branches of Agriculture, Types of Agriculture etc.
- Agronomy – This section covers topics like Rocks and Soil formation, Soil Water and Soil Conservation, Soil Fertility, Land Preparation and Soil Tillage, Plant Forms and functions, etc.
- Animal Production – This section covers topics like Forms and classification of major farm
animals in West Africa, General terminology in animal production, etc. - Agricultural Economics and Extension – Covers topics like Factors of agricultural production, Basic Economic Principles, Characteristic Features of Agricultural Production, etc.

JAMB Syllabus for Arabic 2021
The JAMB Arabic Syllabus has been divided into 5 different category for easy reading.
This includes:
- Comprehension – Candidates must be able to use appropriate words or phrases for specific
thought, deduce the lesson in the passage, determine the main theme of the passage, etc. - Translation – Candidates must be able to use an appropriate Arabic word or phrase to convey
the meaning of an English word or phrase, interpret idiomatic expressions in both Arabic and
English, communicate effectively in Arabic and English, etc - Grammar – Candidates must be able to identify the three basic characteristics of Arabic
nouns, differentiate between singular and dual forms of nouns, etc. - Composition – Use appropriate words for specific thoughts, communicate effectively in Arabic, demonstrate the use of common Arabic idioms and proverbs, etc.
- Arabic Literature – You must be able to identify pre-Islamic poetic traditions and
conventions, identify and analyze the style of figurative expressions contained in a given Islamic literature, etc.
JAMB Syllabus for Art 2021
The JAMB Art Syllabus has been divided into 4 different category for easy reading.
This includes:
- Classification of Art – You must be able to differentiate between the three branches of art.
- Elements and Principles of design – You must be able to identify the elements of design and analyse the principles of design.
- Art Terms – Candidates must be able to identify art terms, link the terms to their areas of art, etc
- Historical Dimension of Arts – You must be able to compare their materials, styles and techniques, classify the periods and styles with emphasis on architecture, etc.
JAMB Syllabus for Biology 2021
The JAMB Biology Syllabus has been divided into 5 different category for easy reading.
This includes:
- Varieties of Organisms – Living organisms: Evolution among the following
- Form and Functions – Internal structure of a flowering plant, Nutrition, Transport Respiration Excretion, etc.
